BBM 1.0.26: clearer plans and an easier everyday workflow

Platform-status correction — October 19, 2026: Google Play's October 19 release notes now describe redesigned screens, record review, grouped employee bills and guided setup, with improved passkey sign-in and clearer profile-verification recovery options and Verify & open BBM/manual-code verification. Android's internal build number and full feature parity have not been independently verified. iOS 1.0.26 and web build 81 remain confirmed.

A clearer monthly picture

Home, Plan, Records and Settings have been redesigned while keeping BBM's original logo and green and sky-blue identity. Arabic and English readability has improved. Monthly expected income, planned expenses and planned remainder are clearer, and Home and Plan use a consistent record selection. These figures are planning estimates, not a bank balance.

Less friction at the start

Guided setup takes you through income, expenses and a first plan, with paths suited to employees and self-employed people. With Apple or Google sign-in, you can use the supplied name and email or enter a different first and last name. Missing optional profile details can be completed after sign-in, or you can close the prompt and continue.

Bills and records that are easier to check

For employees, bills are grouped by date with a count and total. Tapping a date shows all bills for that date. Records can be edited or deleted with confirmation, and Needs review flags provide a direct way to repair entries that need attention.

Sign-in, verification and help

This release includes passkey-session compatibility fixes, clearer biometric wording and Back to sign in or Sign out options when profile verification fails. Verify & open BBM emails support a web/browser handoff, with a manual-code alternative. The searchable Help center and clearer budgeting guidance provide another place to look when you need an explanation.

Choose the level of planning you need

Simple mode supports everyday monthly planning. Advanced mode offers forecasting and comparison. The intentional introduction delay has been removed and loading simplified. Beyond the app, the website's budgeting-guide library has nine language collections; those website guides do not mean the app itself is localized into nine languages. The app supports Arabic and English.
